Requirements

  • Driving Licence: Must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Location: Candidates should reside in the Crewkerne area or be within a commutable distance; relocation is not considered.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant with Care South, the individual will play an essential role in delivering personalized care to clients within their own homes. The position involves various tasks such as assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and supporting clients during community visits. This role allows for a flexible work schedule, delivering care primarily between 7 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 10 pm. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team and will receive continuous training and development opportunities to advance their career.

  • Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and other domestic services.
  • Facilitate community visits, including shopping and leisure activities.
