About the Role
As a Care Home Support Worker at Yaxley House, you will join a dedicated team focused on providing personalized support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. The role involves assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support, as well as supporting residents in their daily activities and meal preparations. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff. This position plays a crucial role in creating a vibrant, supportive atmosphere for residents to thrive.
