Requirements:

  • A full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license.

About the Role:

Right at Home Oxford is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high-quality home care services to clients. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Care Assistants also help clients stay active by accompanying them to appointments or outings. The primary goal is to ensure clients live a dignified and fulfilling life in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support with dressing and washing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
  • Administer prescribed medications and ensure they are taken at the correct time.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding if needed.
  • Light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring they stay engaged with their community.
