Shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Salary: £23,795 per annum
Training: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance, you’ll support one of the UK’s leading financial services providers by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer queries, processing and amending payments, updating account details, and addressing general financial questions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and committed to creating a positive impact on each call.
