Essential Requirements

Experience

  • Recent clinical experience in an acute healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Awareness of national access standards affecting Emergency Department patients.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Children’s Nursing.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous Band 5 experience in the specialty.
  • Evidence of facilitating learning in practice.
  • Experience in Paediatric Emergency Medicine.
