Main Duties of the Job
This position involves:
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care of the highest standard.

- Participating in professional development through internal training and partnerships with the University of Glamorgan.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Active UK NMC Registration.
- Experience in a ward environment.
- Knowledge of responsibilities under the NMC Code of Conduct.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a leadership role, such as managing a ward or department.
- Familiarity with IV devices, IV additives, and Intermediate Life Support (ILS).
Additional Information
Candidates from outside the UK/Republic of Ireland must meet visa sponsorship requirements. Eligibility for the Health and Care visa includes reduced application costs and exemption from the annual Immigration Health Surcharge.
