About the Role:
This position involves supporting a 12-year-old child with autism who enjoys engaging in creative, physical, and recreational activities. The role includes close supervision due to motor skill challenges and emotional dysregulation. The assistant will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment to help the child thrive after school.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising after-school activities, both indoor and outdoor, such as football, gaming, cycling, or baking.
- Providing light meals as needed.
- Encouraging creativity through crafts, science experiments, or interactive games.
- Supporting emotional and physical well-being by adapting activities to the child’s needs.

- Preparing and serving light meals.
