Requirements
- Previous experience in residential childcare (minimum of 1 year preferred).
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (Children and Young People) certification (required).
- Full driving license (preferred).
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship unavailable).
Salary Details
- Base salary ranges from £28,789.44 to £30,865.44 annually.
- Includes an average of seven sleep-in shifts per month.
About the Role
The Residential Care Worker will play a vital role in supporting children and young people within the organization’s Residential Children’s Home. The primary responsibility is to provide personalized care that promotes growth, independence, and overall well-being. This includes assisting with personal, educational, and social needs, in line with each child’s care plan.

Key Responsibilities
