Programme Structure
The Commercial Graduate Programme includes four rotations in the following areas:
Commercial Finance
- Preparation of route profitability reports.
- Monthly market and competitor analysis.
- Evaluation and proposal of new route opportunities.
- Assistance with research and planning projects.
- Collaboration with Ryanair’s internal Finance department.
Scheduling
- Optimization of the Ryanair fleet schedule.
- Management of slot portfolios at coordinated airports.
- Analysis of schedule efficiency.
Yield
- Achieving target load factors across a portfolio of routes.
- Surpassing revenue targets.
- Conducting detailed market reviews to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Proposing pricing and yield management strategies.
- Collaboration with Ryanair’s internal Marketing department.
Route Development
- Management and development of existing commercial relationships with airports.
- Identification of new low-cost markets and routes.
- Collaboration with Ryanair’s internal Operations department.
Requirements for Ryanair Group Commercial Graduate Programme
- Enrollment or completion of a relevant degree programme with a minimum of 2.1 grade.
- Graduation no earlier than 2023.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and to travel freely across the Ryanair network.
- Strong analytical skills to enhance efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude.
