Requirements:

  • A BSc/MSc in Environmental Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Full CIEH Food Officer qualifications, including the Higher Certificate in Food Control with Food Standards certification.
  • Proven experience in inspecting food business operators from high to low-risk categories.
  • Strong investigation, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  • Access to a car for work purposes is ideal but not mandatory.
