About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Home Manager, you will lead our team at Bowes Court to provide an environment that promotes dignity, independence, and excellence in care. This dual-focused role requires a blend of compassionate leadership and business acumen to ensure the home operates effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care.

You will receive robust support from a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Quality Assurance experts, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the home.
  • Manage and support colleagues to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and strategic plans for growth.
  • Lead and implement specific clinical projects or initiatives.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a shared rota.
  • Step in to cover nursing shortages when required.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • RGN/RNLD/RNMH registration with at least 2 years post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager, particularly within complex care services.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strategic thinking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, numeracy, and digital skills.
