About the Role
The Social Mobility and Third-Party Account Manager will lead initiatives focused on enhancing social mobility and fostering partnerships with third-party organizations. This role combines program development, strategic collaboration, and partner management to achieve impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven by a passion for social equity, and skilled in project and account management.


Key Responsibilities

Social Mobility Initiatives:

  • Design and deliver programs aimed at improving social mobility in target areas.
  • Work with internal teams to align social mobility efforts with company goals.
  • Track and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments based on data insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for government-funded training and employment initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Advocate for equitable opportunities for individuals facing employment barriers.

Third-Party Account Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for third-party partners, cultivating strong relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor third-party performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and develop new partnerships to support social mobility objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote initiatives.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and build networks.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed reports on program performance and partner contributions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on findings.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in account management, social mobility programs, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships and successfully deliver social programs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Skilled in negotiation and contract management.
  • Knowledge of social mobility issues and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
