What You’ll Be Doing

As a Health Care Assistant, you will support clients in their homes, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene support)
✔ Helping with mobility and transfers
✔ Administering medication as per care plans
✔ Providing companionship and emotional support
✔ Supporting daily living tasks (meal preparation, light housekeeping)

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Caring and compassionate individuals with a genuine passion for helping others
✔ Strong communication skills in English
✔ Reliable and patient personality
✔ Skilled Worker Visa required for international applicants

Preferred but not required:
✔ Previous experience in home care or care homes (1 year preferred)
✔ GCSE or equivalent education
✔ Valid driving licence (preferred but not essential)
