Job Summary

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Specialists to handle inbound calls from the public, assisting with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a strong ability to empathize with callers while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from individuals booking or rearranging appointments
  • Use a booking system to manage appointments efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and empathetic support to callers
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and positive demeanor at all times
  • Ensure data confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and maintaining a good typing speed
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and dedication to service excellence
