Job Summary
Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Specialists to handle inbound calls from the public, assisting with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a strong ability to empathize with callers while delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from individuals booking or rearranging appointments
- Use a booking system to manage appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate information and empathetic support to callers
- Maintain a professional, polite, and positive demeanor at all times
- Ensure data confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and maintaining a good typing speed
- Positive attitude, resilience, and dedication to service excellence
