Job Summary

Bliss Care Solutions is seeking Full-time Care Assistants to support clients in their homes and the community. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring clients receive the best quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (showering, bathing, toileting).
• Support with food preparation, shopping, and domestic duties.
• Administer or prompt medication as required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and cultural values.

Person Specification

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid monthly).
• Experience in providing care/support and making a difference in people’s lives.
• Reliable, honest, and cheerful with good organisational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in caring for adults and older people.
• Ability to provide quality, person-centered services.
• Commitment to adult support and protection.

Desirable

• Additional care-related qualifications or certifications.

Training & Compliance

• Care experience is essential; both practical and online training will be provided.
• All applicants must complete an Enhanced Disclosure PVG check.
