Job Summary

Bridges Home Care Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. We believe in prioritizing our employees because happy staff lead to excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes to provide personal care and support.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, and other personal hygiene needs.
• Help with meal preparation, shopping, and household tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Administer medication reminders and support clients with daily activities.

Person Specification

Essential Requirements

✔ Valid UK or International Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
✔ Right to Work in the UK (Limited sponsorship available for UK-based migrant workers).
✔ Compassionate and caring attitude.
✔ Good communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

✔ Previous experience in home care (preferred but not required).
✔ Experience caring for a friend, family member, or neighbor (highly valuable).

Competitive Pay: £13.20 per hour (weekdays), £14.20 per hour (weekends).
