Job Overview

Alfa Autos Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee office operations, improve workplace efficiency, and ensure compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, organizational expertise, and a proactive approach to office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and organize office operations to improve efficiency.
  • Control and maintain records for timekeeping, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updates.
  • Plan and execute office systems and workflows.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to boost team morale and maintain communication.
  • Prepare and provide Daily Operating Control (DOC) reports to inform the dealer/general manager of trends.
  • Reconcile selected accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare sales commission and chargeback reports.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Attend management meetings as required.
