Job Overview

Deben Willow Care Ltd, a privately-owned community care provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. The role involves assisting individuals with personal care, medication support, companionship, and general home support to help them remain independent, safe, and happy in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication support to clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Ensure clients’ safety and well-being in their homes.
• Work across North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and other areas.

Essential Requirements

• Must be a female candidate (as per role specification).
• Previous experience in home care (1 year minimum).
• UK driving licence and own transport (car or motorcycle).
• Good timekeeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Enhanced DBS check and references required upon job offer.
• Available for an immediate start.
