Requirements
- A levels or equivalent
- Degree level or equivalent
- Competent user of inventory management and catalogue management systems
- Experience in Atticus and GHX (preferable)
- Basic knowledge in project management, negotiation, contract management, cost and price management, FTS procurement
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles
- Proven proficiency in the use of Procurement and Inventory Management Systems
- Competent knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Proficient user of MS Apps or related packages
- Advanced computer literacy, including Advanced Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to forge effective professional relationships
- Strong organisational, motivational, and management skills
- Full driving licence (required)

About the Role
As an Information & Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient running, maintenance, and subsequent administration of the Atticus Inventory Management System (IMS). This involves providing technical support for IMS in relation to the interfaces with Oracle and GHX Nexus Catalogue Management System via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) process. You will become a Subject Matter Expert in the Atticus system, providing support and guidance to the Procurement and Supply Chain Team. You will also support the development and implementation of the Barts Health Supply Chain Transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the effective and efficient running, maintenance, and administration of the Atticus Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Provide technical support for IMS in relation to interfaces with Oracle and GHX Nexus Catalogue Management System
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in the Atticus system
- Provide support and guidance to the Procurement and Supply Chain Team
- Support the development and implementation of the Barts Health Supply Chain Transformation strategy
- Engage with key stakeholders and colleagues to develop effective working relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
