Job Description
AUM Care Group UK Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati to ensure effective communication with patients and provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure patient health and comfort.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with medical tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Requirements
Essential
- Ability to speak and understand Hindi, English, and Gujarati fluently.
- A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role.
- Relevant healthcare certification (preferred but not mandatory).
