About the Role
Absolute Care South West is a family-run care agency based in Honiton, East Devon. We deliver high-quality, person-centered home care services across Honiton, Ottery St Mary, West Hill, Cranbrook, Stockland, and nearby rural areas. We are expanding and seeking compassionate Carers and Senior Carers to join our supportive and professional team.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rates: £12.21 – £20.44
Mileage reimbursement: 35p per mile
Block pay: Paid for full shift including travel time
Enhanced pay for evenings, weekends, public holidays, and Christmas
Flexible work hours and alternate weekends off

Your Role
Assist with personal care tasks (washing, dressing, toileting)
Prepare meals and support with feeding
Perform light domestic duties (laundry, cleaning, bed-making)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and safe manual handling
Requirements
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
Mobile phone and email access for communication
Right to work and currently reside in the UK
Sponsorship is only available for applicants already living in the UK
