This Support Time Recovery Worker role slots you right into the heart of their Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Brighton & Hove. You’ll be the kind of steady presence someone in crisis needs. Not flashy. Just dependable. You’ll help people stay safe in their homes, avoiding hospital admissions.

They’ll count on you to support the team’s caseload, help run therapeutic groups, visit patients, assist with medication, and be there through the chaos. It’s people work, plain and simple – but the kind that sticks with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients during mental health crises through home visits and check-ins
• Assist with medication and practical support that promotes independence
• Help facilitate smooth discharges from hospital to home
• Run and support therapeutic groups to keep service users engaged

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This role falls under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, so an enhanced DBS check will be required.
