Requirements

  • Passed IELTS or OET to NMC standard within the last two years
  • Cleared both parts of CBT (Computer-Based Test)
  • Recognised Nursing Qualification from outside the UK
  • Current work experience in a UK-based HCA or Nursing Assistant role
  • Strong alignment with NHS values and team-based behaviours

Salary Details

While undertaking the OSCE training, candidates will be paid at Band 3 rates. Once the NMC PIN is obtained, you’ll progress to a Band 5 Staff Nurse salary, between £29,970 and £36,483 per year, aligned with NHS pay structure.

About the Role

This role is a career-launching opportunity for any internationally educated nurse currently working in the UK and aiming for the NMC register. You’ll join a structured OSCE Training Post, backed by expert-led clinical coaching and practical prep.
