Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (preferred)
- GOC registration or eligibility to register
- A genuine passion for primary care and patient wellbeing
- Strong people skills and an organised mindset
- Willingness to collaborate with Practice Managers and grow with the team
Salary Details
This full-time role offers a competitive £55,000 yearly salary, with potential for additional mobile uplift and performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored eye care with 30–40 minute appointments
- Support and grow the practice alongside the branch team
- Recommend lens and frame options based on genuine patient needs
- Maintain full and up-to-date clinical records
- Champion excellent service standards
- Help nurture a culture of care and development
