We’re seeking a skilled Quality Information Analyst to join our Health Exemption Services team. This role focuses on extracting, interpreting, and communicating complex data insights that support informed decisions across the NHS. Working flexibly between home and office, you’ll develop tailored reporting suites and contribute to a supportive work environment that values proactive thinking, collaboration, and integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extract, clean, and present large datasets to internal and external audiences
- Build analytical tools and dashboards to inform decision-making
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports that support strategy, performance, and service improvements
- Interrogate systems to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within health exemption services
- Collaborate across departments to develop new data products and enhance existing reporting
- Handle Freedom of Information requests and support compliance through robust data governance
- Support user acceptance testing for new data systems and maintain data accuracy
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance, or information systems
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data, provide actionable insight, and communicate to technical/non-technical audiences
- Confidence in tools such as Oracle OBIE, Excel, or other reporting platforms
- Analytical thinker with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a data-related field; or proven experience
