Requirements
- Senior-level experience in ICT or Cyber Security
- Proven ability to manage and support compliance frameworks
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable liaising with third parties, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel across North Wales
- Welsh speaking is a plus but not required
Salary Details
This full-time post pays between £54,550 and £61,412 per year, depending on experience.

As Cyber Security Compliance Specialist, you’ll be working hands-on with security frameworks, advising senior managers, and making sure infrastructure meets strict regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Drive compliance with NIS Regulations across health systems
- Advise and support ICT teams on risk and mitigation strategies
- Liaise with health partners, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain strong documentation, audit trails, and governance reports
- Act as a trusted voice in shaping cyber security decisions
