Requirements

• High level of written literacy and numeracy skills
• Solid IT skills, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Great interviewing skills with a warm approach
• Ability to see behaviour and interactions as meaningful communication
• Working knowledge of coproduction principles (nice to have)
• Up-to-date knowledge of mental health policies and legislation (nice to have)
• Numeracy and literacy skills at a strong level

Salary Details

Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine, respectful relationships with service users
• Observe, interpret, and respond to behavioural cues meaningfully
• Conduct interviews with empathy and strong listening skills
• Collaborate with other professionals and families to co-design support plans
• Stay updated on key mental health policies and integrate them into everyday work
• Maintain detailed, high-quality written records
