Requirements
- Paramedic Science Degree – Final-year students from the 2025 cohort
- HCPC Registration – In progress at the time of application
- Driving Licence – Max 3 penalty points and no drug/alcohol-related offences
- C1 Licence – Not required at application but must be obtained by 16 June 2025
- Strong Communication Skills – Able to document clearly and speak confidently
- Crisis Management – Calm under pressure, able to think fast and act with care
- Empathy & Resilience – Proven ability to deal with distressing situations sensitively
Salary Details
Starting salary is £30,420, rising to £37,030 as you transition into a Band 6 Qualified Paramedic.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline care across diverse emergency and community settings

- Participate in the NQP framework for progression into a Band 6 role
- Uphold best practice standards in line with HCPC and Trust guidelines
