That includes contributing to the NHS Wales App and other connected digital services. You’ll shape the technical direction, mentor team members, guide design decisions, and deliver solid, secure solutions that directly improve healthcare access. You’ll also get stuck into discovery work, estimation, low-level design, and testing activities. There’s room to grow, lead, and leave your mark – all within a truly supportive work environment.
