Requirements
- Excellent organiser who can juggle multiple moving parts with calm
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across teams and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Big on detail, sharp on solutions, and always up for a challenge
- Knows how to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Degree in Business, HR, or Construction Management is preferred
- Familiarity with health and safety standards is a bonus

About the Role
This isn’t your average admin job. It’s a pivotal role where you’ll keep the heart of the operation pumping. As Office Manager, you’ll make sure nothing falls through the cracks. From onboarding new hires and running smooth processes, to supporting tender bids and keeping the books tidy, you’ll be the glue holding it together. Key Responsibilities
- Keep day-to-day office ops flowing, from scheduling to supplies
- Develop and refine systems that make work smoother for everyone
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients with professionalism and ease
- Handle invoices, timesheets, and expense claims with accuracy
- Ensure the office stays compliant with health and safety laws
- Support construction recruitment and manage agency relationships
- Welcome new team members and run the induction process
- Help with tenders, contracts, and pre-construction documentation
- Control key project documents so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
- Track performance and prep reports that inform leadership decisions
- Coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on time and on target
- Be the friendly face and first contact for external stakeholders
