Requirements
- Care experience preferred but not essential
- Good spoken and written English
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of personal care needs
- Confident assisting with mobility and manual handling
- Strong communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities
- Help with washing, dressing, and toileting to support daily wellbeing
- Assist during mealtimes, making sure meals are safe and enjoyable
- Keep living spaces clean and tidy to promote a calm home environment
- Support mobility needs safely using proper handling techniques
- Monitor vital signs after training to keep health checks on track
- Communicate clearly and kindly with service users and families
- Help with errands like shopping or attending appointments
- Encourage independence through enabling tasks like meal prep and budgeting
