Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Science Manufacturing Technician (or working towards it)
- Member of the GPhC, Science Council, or equivalent registration body
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or experience in a QC lab/pharmaceutical setting
- Experience preparing aseptic products in a team setting
- Friendly, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work weekends, evenings, or bank holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile parenteral medicines to exacting quality standards
- Rotate across chemotherapy, intravenous additives, and nutrition services
- Handle both hospital-based and home-patient products
- Supervise workflows and train junior staff as needed
- Maintain cleanroom procedures using GMP standards
- Respond to queries within defined protocols or escalate appropriately
- Work flexibly across shift patterns including weekends or holidays
- Use IT systems and production tools with accuracy and care
