Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with integration in healthcare or enterprise IT
  • Strong command of SQL for interface development and support
  • Deep understanding of HL7 messaging standards
  • Experience with Rhapsody or equivalent integration engines is preferred
  • Familiarity with FHIR, XML, REST, SOAP, MLLP protocols will help you hit the ground running
  • Knowledge of Cache ObjectScript is a plus
  • Ability to liaise with both technical and clinical teams comfortably

About the Role

As a Senior Integration Analyst, you’ll help stitch together a wide network of clinical and administrative systems, working with HL7 interfaces, Rhapsody, and bespoke data pipelines. You’ll be right in the middle of a supportive work environment, part of the EPR Programme Team. Whether it’s refining a legacy system or setting up a new connection between departments, every task you take on has a tangible effect on patient care and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data transfer interfaces across the Trust’s integration platforms
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of critical messaging services
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to capture current needs and future goals
  • Test, troubleshoot, and enhance interoperability using formats like HL7 and FHIR
  • Keep key stakeholders updated on system performance and delivery timelines
  • Provide technical guidance across new EPR integration workstreams
  • Champion continuous improvement to build safer and smarter digital workflows
