About the Role

As an Access Booking Coordinator, you’ll be the calm in the storm for patients navigating appointments and referrals. From day one, you’ll handle your own caseload of consultants and specialties. You’ll own that pathway from referral to booked appointment, helping patients access the right care without delay.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives on making things run smoothly, and genuinely cares about getting people seen fast. You’ll spot red flags, liaise directly with consultants, and keep everything flowing – even when things get hectic. And you’ll never be alone. The supportive team culture at RJAH is one of their proudest features.

This is an Immediate start job UK that welcomes individuals seeking career growth in healthcare. If you’ve worked in admin or medical records before, that’s a plus – but if you’re a fast learner with great people skills, you’ll do just fine.
