Requirements
- GCSEs or O Levels in English and Maths
- Standard keyboard or admin skills like RSA2 or ECDL
- Confident using IT systems and managing office tasks
- Experience greeting visitors and helping the public
- Great at juggling tasks and staying organised under pressure
- A warm communicator with strong listening skills
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a close-knit team

About the Role
Looking for something steady, friendly, and with real purpose? This Administrative Receptionist role could be it. Based at Willerby Hill, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Trust during key afternoon hours. Your day-to-day will include supporting the team with bookings, managing visitors, and keeping the front-of-house running smoothly.
They need someone sharp and kind—ready to pitch in, answer questions, and jump on tasks without being asked twice. You’ll also help coordinate new agile working spaces using Trust systems. It’s admin, yes, but with a human touch and plenty of variety. If you’ve ever been told you’re great with people and know how to keep things ticking, this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, staff, and visitors with confidence and care
- Handle office bookings using Trust’s agile workspace systems
- Manage and prioritise incoming information and calls
- Support colleagues during holidays and sickness cover
- Maintain accurate systems for tracking and scheduling
- Communicate clearly with teams, visitors, and the public
- Handle sensitive conversations or situations with empathy
- Contribute to team improvements and share new ideas
