Salary: £14.05 to £16.12 per hour
Hours: Part-time (up to 5 shifts per week, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 7 days a week)

About the Role
WorkwithYork is seeking an Adult Night Care Worker to provide compassionate care and support in sheltered housing settings around York. This role is available for immediate start on an ad hoc basis, with shifts available up to 5 nights per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with domestic tasks like cleaning and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medication as needed.
• Provide flexible and sensitive assistance.
• Follow and contribute to individual care plans, risk assessments, and service policies.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum 6 months of care experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, carers, and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• An Adults DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to undertake a new DBS check.
