- GCSEs or equivalent including Maths, English, and Science or Nutrition
- Administrative experience and strong project management abilities

Salary Details
This role offers a competitive annual salary of £31,944 to £34,937 depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
Working closely with the Adult Inherited Metabolic Diseases team, this role blends hands-on patient communication with behind-the-scenes support. The day-to-day involves managing prescription queries, home delivery logistics, and patient-facing communications. You’ll become a familiar voice for patients managing lifelong metabolic conditions, particularly Phenylketonuria. You’ll also help deliver resources and interpret results in close collaboration with specialist dietitians.

Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with prescription issues and product deliveries
