This full-time position offers a starting salary of £26,000 per year, with the potential to earn up to £28,075, including sleep-in bonuses and overtime.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be a positive role model for the children in our care, providing them with the support and structure they need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting staff, ensuring they complete their tasks effectively.
  • Reviewing casework files and risk management documents.
  • Organizing the rota and assisting children with their daily routines.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home.

While some days will be filled with joy and laughter, there will be challenging moments where children may act out. Your role will be to listen, guide, and offer comfort during these times, making each day rewarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have experience working with either children or adults in a care setting. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking for career progression. If you are a non-British citizen currently living in the UK and have been here for at least 2.5 years with at least one year remaining on your visa, you may be eligible for sponsorship.
