Role and Responsibilities
As an RMN Staff Nurse at SkyCare Ltd, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
- Promote clinical nursing excellence throughout the facility.
- Oversee patient care and manage the administration of medications.
- Provide nursing and personal care while promoting residents’ abilities.
- Plan, implement, and supervise quality care provision.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Uphold residents’ rights to privacy, dignity, and choice.
- Lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support team members.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and Care Inspectorate guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a current PIN with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Have a genuine desire to work with the elderly.
- Communicate clearly and listen effectively.
- Can supervise staff comfortably and competently.
- Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
