Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Experts: Engage with experts over the phone, matching them to client projects under tight deadlines.
- Project Management: Understand project and market context, manage client-expert communications, and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Client Interaction: Work on multiple projects for top-tier clients, providing expert insights for strategic decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Academic Credentials: Undergraduate degree with a 2:1 or above.
- Extracurricular Achievement: Noteworthy involvement throughout school and university.
- Relevant Experience: Internship experience is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English and French (C2 level); experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
Compensation:
- Total First-Year Compensation: £47,000 – £56,000 (based on performance).
- Base Salary: £40,000 annually.
- Variable Compensation: Uncapped, linked to individual performance.
- Pension Contribution: 4% matched on qualified earnings.
