Job Description

Vets for Pets is seeking an ambitious Clinical Lead to join their fantastic team. The role involves collaborating with the Practice Manager and the regional team to oversee the daily operations of the practice. The Clinical Lead will have the autonomy to make decisions while benefiting from additional company support as needed. This position offers the opportunity to enhance clinical expertise, inspire the team, and contribute to the practice’s growth and direction.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the clinical team
Ensuring high standards of care for all pets
Handling a varied caseload of small animal work
Performing routine surgical and medical procedures
Providing mentorship and support to team members

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in routine surgical and medical cases
Confidence in handling sole charge situations
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation

Salary: Up to £80,000 per year
