Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely setup of customer accounts and the maintenance of customer information. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Account Opening: Efficiently and accurately create customer accounts in our systems.
  • Data Verification: Validate and update essential customer data and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, particularly the KYC team, to maintain a seamless onboarding process. Proactively collaborate with your manager to identify and improve processes.
  • Data Security: Handle confidential and sensitive customer information while adhering to strict data security and privacy protocols.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations by following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies promptly by communicating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to account opening.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, capable of managing and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Nice to Have

  • Data Protection Awareness: Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
  • KYC and AML Knowledge: Familiarity with KYC and AML concepts.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a fast-paced environment, especially within finance and/or technology.

Working Pattern

Our hybrid working pattern allows for flexibility, with 3 days in our London office and 2 days working remotely.
