Team Assistant Position in London

Robert Half is looking for a motivated Team Assistant for a three-month temporary position based near Tower Hill with an insurance company. If you’re detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and event planning.
  • Provide remote administrative support for overseas offices under the Office Manager’s guidance.
  • Support senior staff with diary management, document amendments, filing, and printing.
  • Help with compliance and reporting tasks, such as updating agency ratings, maintaining compliance logs, gathering KYC documents, and running conflict checks.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including scanning and submitting expense claims and entering payment data from Xero into Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; legal secretary or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The position requires full-time office presence for the first month, reducing to four days per week thereafter, starting on July 8th.

Customer Service Advisor in Leicester
