Job Description

Birdie Care Services is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will play a pivotal role in assisting their partners and caregivers. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support through live chat, email, and telephone channels. Responsibilities include investigating, triaging, escalating, and resolving issues raised by care managers and professionals. This role demands a high level of customer empathy and problem-solving skills to enhance user satisfaction and support Birdie’s care management platform.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably with a software platform.
  • Proficiency in using live chat support systems, email, and telephone support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, asking for support when needed.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer support and improving user satisfaction.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with agile project management.
  • Interest in technology and ability to manage multiple complex systems.
  • German language skills are a plus but not essential.

Compensation
