Job Description

Birdie Care Services is looking for a Customer Support Associate to ensure partners and caregivers have the best possible experience with Birdie. The role involves providing support through live chat, email, and phone with a personal touch. Responsibilities include investigating, triaging, escalating, and resolving issues raised by care managers and professionals. The Customer Support Associate will act as the voice of the customer internally and communicate feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Brilliant written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Support, ideally for a software platform/package
  • Proficiency in using Live Chat support systems, email, and phone support
  • Ability to work independently and seek advice when needed
  • Passion for customer support and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with fast-moving projects
  • Good understanding of technology and experience with multiple systems
  • German language skills (bonus, but not essential)
