About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you will support the Data Science Manager and the Data Development Team managers in delivering high-quality, novel, and innovative data science solutions. You will experiment, develop, communicate, and deploy solutions and insights to drive improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, research, and healthcare outcomes. This role involves collaborative, multi-disciplinary working and strong inclusive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality data science solutions 
• Experiment, develop, communicate, and deploy solutions and insights 
• Support the Data Science Manager and Data Development Team managers 
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation 
• Participate in the education and training of new staff members 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data configurations, processes, and procedures
