- Role: Electrician/Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform reactive and planned electrical maintenance on various equipment, including:
- AHUs (Air Handling Units)
- Piped and ducted systems
- Pumps and pressurization units
- Lighting and emergency lighting systems
- Controls and power distribution systems.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with BS 7671 requirements (the IET Wiring Regulations).
- Critical Plant Response:
- Respond to critical plant breakdowns and undertake hands-on remedial actions.
- PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance):
- Record and complete PPM tasks efficiently.
- Quality Control and Audits:
- Assist in weekly audits, including percentage checks for the quality of completed work.
- Routine Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of plant and systems during each shift to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified and experienced electrical engineer.
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 requirements, both theoretical and practical.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and efficiently manage repairs.
- Experience with routine inspections and maintenance of complex systems.
