Role Responsibilities: As the Head of Business Development, you will craft and execute strategies to enhance revenue and market share through acquiring new publishing partnerships for PC and console games. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans in collaboration with the Head of PC and Console Publishing.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing the acquisition process for high-quality game publishing deals.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with game developers, publishers, distributors, and investors.
  • Leading the business development (Game Scouting) team, providing guidance and support.
  • Tracking and reporting on the success of business development initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in relevant roles within the gaming industry, particularly in PC and console games.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with complex commercial agreements and contracts.
  • A passion for gaming and in-depth knowledge of the PC and console games industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
