Job Description:

We require both full-time and part-time Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to deliver a high standard of care to individuals with a range of needs in their own homes.

Requirements:

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: At least 1 year in home care (preferred)
Language: Fluent English (preferred)
License/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
Skills: Enthusiastic, reliable, committed, and outgoing personality
Flexibility: Able to work alternate weekends
Driving: Must be a car driver with your own vehicle

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to individuals in their own homes
Assist with personal care, companionship, and daily tasks
Support clients with medical conditions like dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s
Perform household duties, cooking, cleaning, and general home management

Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Day shifts
Night shifts
Flexitime
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
