We currently have three openings, with a reserve list for 12 months, in our Operational Credibility Team. This offers candidates the chance to join a collaborative, customer-focused, and front-line team.

Job Description

The team is responsible for assuring trade data submissions, producing quality, timely trade data according to a strict timetable for publication. A typical day involves being a team player, prioritizing your work, making informed decisions based on team leader priorities, interpreting data, querying anomalies with traders or agents to confirm or correct entries, updating various IT systems and databases, and raising any unresolved issues.

This role requires daily, direct customer liaison using various communication methods such as telephone and email contact.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficiency and proven track record of using Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and ways of working.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a wide range of internal and external contacts, both via telephone and email/secure data messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team to build strong working relationships.

Selection Process Details
